Happy Friday 13th! Unlucky for some, unluckier for others…
In celebration of today, I’ve got another little story for you.Not quite as long as last time, but I save those for Sunday… Hope you enjoy it! ♥
(Read the previous story here.)
After the Traitor was taken care of, the Lost Boy decided that the Populars needed to be taught a lesson too.So soon after the Traitor’s untimely end, the Lost Boy had to be extra careful to avoid suspicion. That’s why he decided to use superstition to his advantage.
It wasn’t hard to get them all into one place. The Popular’s were all involved in the hobby that stole the Traitor away from him, after all.It was a simple matter of timing the moment perfectly and- BANG.The synchronised explosion of the mini-bus tyre and sudden failure of brakes sent the vehicle careering uncontrollably into oncoming traffic…
‘A tragic accident,’ they called it. ‘One which shall taint the date the tragedy occured on forever.’The date in question?

As promised, here’s your story for this week! ♥
Once Upon A Time, there was a Lost Boy.He had no direction, no purpose; overlooked and misunderstood by everyone.Everyone but the Sinner From The Stars. This Sinner taught the Lost Boy all there was to know about the human race. And races he never thought could exist. He also proved to the Lost Boy that he was not alone; and that all the people who had put him down, had crushed him were wrong. They were inferior. For years, the Lost Boy found solace in the Sinner’s company. For the first time in his life, the Lost Boy was happy.
But then the Sinner disappeared. He abandoned the Lost Boy, despite claims he was different from the rest of them. At first the Lost Boy didn’t understand. But as it became apparent that the Sinner wasn’t going to return, the Lost Boy grew angry. That’s when the Traitor decided to play his cards. He too abandoned the Lost Boy; choosing the Populars over him. The Lost Boy blamed the Traitor’s newest hobby. So he decided to use the hobby against him. After the Traitor was no longer a problem, the Lost Boy turned all his anger and hatred into stone cold determination to be a somebody. Be someone people feared. Become a name in the shadows.Distancing himself from the people around him, that’s exactly what the Lost Boy did. He transformed from a Lost Boy into a Spider, spinning his web around the human race.
Now the Spider feels vibrations, vibrations tugging at very particular strands in his web. Vibrations that speak of things long past. That speak of the Sinner. So the Spider goes looking. He goes looking, because no matter how much time has passed, he still remembers his time as a Lost Boy. He remembers being abandoned.
And he wants revenge.

"Christ, what /did/ Carl Powers do to you to deserve being poisoned and drowned in a swimming pool?"

I don’t know what you’re talking about. That was years ago, wasn’t it?
Poor kid.

He deserved it alright. Maybe, when everything is out in the open, I’ll tell you.
